What is the Law of Resonance and Vibration

This body we live in has an energy field, just like every living thing does. It vibrates all the time. How it vibrates depends upon your brain and the thoughts going round in it.  The thoughts you think dictate the vibration you’re in as they affect your energy field. So what is the Law of resonance and vibration and how does it affect us?

  • The first concept to wrap your head around is understanding the fundamental law of the Universe – the Law of Vibration.
  • Your brain is so smart that it has taken the vibrations all around you, and learned how to translate it into your “reality” in a way so that you can’t even recognise its vibration. Think about it… What are the colours that you perceive? If you’ve studied any science then you know that colour is just a vibration at a particular frequency. What are the sounds that you hear? They are nothing more than vibrations that your brain has translated in order to make sense out of it.
  • From this knowledge, it can be stated that your entire “reality” is all within your head.

Your Vibration

You want to be consciously aware of the energy in the environment you’re in. It’s very important and you want to stay in a good vibration. because then good ideas flow into your mind, you become more creative.Keep your vibration as high as you can

When in a high vibration you’ll see a better way of doing something and improve whatever you’re doing. That of course is what we want, to get magnificent results. Making good things happen.

Control your vibration. Control the flow. There’s an energy flowing to and through you. And when it flows into your consciousness it has no form. Our thinking gives it form, and as we internalise it, it controls the vibration the body is in.

Keep the body in a good vibration and you’re going to be working the way you want to work, doing the things you want to do. Keep yourself in a high vibration. Music, recordings, good friends, a good book.

You get into a good book and it will stimulate you. That’ll keep you in a good vibration.

Your thoughts create your world

Yes, they really do!

 When you’re not feeling very good you are just naturally going to attract bad stuff to you. What is feeling? Feeling is conscious awareness of the vibration you’re in.  If you aren’t feeling good, you’re in a low vibration. Your thoughts then become more negative as your vibration lowers, which then lowers it further. What I think of as a downward negative spiral.

Did you that you can change the vibration? This body you’re living in is a molecular structure and it’s in a very high speed of vibration. Everything vibrates all the time, the only variation is the speed or frequency it vibrates at.

When you are happy and feeling very good you are vibrating at a higher frequency.

What is Resonance?

The people you surround yourself with have a lot to do with the vibration you’re in.

You’ll see a better way of doing whatever you’re doing. You’ll improve whatever you’re doing and that’s really what you want. You want to get magnificent results. Make good things happen.

How to keep the Vibration high

Keep yourself in a high vibration with gratitude, uplifting music and books,  laughter and happiness, to name just a few.

Basically, anything that makes you feel good raises your vibration. The trick is to keep the vibration raised and then to continually lift it higher.

Negative thoughts lower the vibration and the more we think negative thoughts, the lower it becomes.

The best way is to try to monitor your thoughts. When you find them wandering and being judgemental, unkind, complaining, hashing over old wounds and events from the past, stop yourself. Remind yourself how much you have to be grateful for and focus on specific things, such as nice things that were said or done, things that made you smile and even the fact that you enjoyed your breakfast. Before you know it, you will be smiling and feeling happier.

Change your thoughts and Change your life

I bet you’ve heard that before!

It actually is true. As your thoughts become more positive, the world around you becomes more positive. You feel gratitude which brings happiness and that raises your vibration. As your vibration raises you resonate more with nature and the world around you.

This then draws more good things into your life. You find the right job, the perfect home, doors open and things fall into place.

Isn’t that what we all want, to live the life we want and to be happy? Not just occasionally happy but happy all the time interspersed with feelings of pure joy. That’s living!

Don’t settle for what is, reach for more!

What do I mean?

Again it’s an old saying. “If you do what you have always done, your life will stay the same as it has always been”.

But that is not what YOU want. You want change, otherwise you wouldn’t be here.There is NO Magic Wand YOU have to make the changes!

Maybe you have gone from one thing to another, never finding what you seek. Or perhaps, even looking for a magic wand to instantly create change.

I am very sorry but there is NO magic wand!

You have to make some effort to begin the change. Just begin with gratitude at least once a day, preferably in the morning to start your day with a smile.

So What is the Law of Resonance and Vibration?

It’s raising your vibration and then when you go seeking more things to help and learn, you will resonate with the books or courses etc that are right for you at that time. They will match your vibration.

If it doesn’t match you won’t be able to stick with it.

How do I know? It happened to me. I bought a book that called to me but every time I went to read it, I would manage a few lines and feel my mind wandering. If I forced myself to read more I would feel nauseous and have to put it down. I tried several times then moved on. I actually forgot all about it. Until a year later, having a sort out of my books, I found it again.

I picked it up and started reading, wondering how I had missed this book.  I then recalled the earlier problem and realised that a year earlier I wasn’t ready for that information.


So it is really simple.

Raise your vibration, find what resonates with you to help you along your path and raise your vibration further.

As your vibration raises higher you understand so much more about life. Simple not simple. What is the Law of Resonance and VibrationYou learn to live more in the moment and step into life’s flow.

That’s when you understand that letting go of damaging emotions, hate, fear, misery and sadness helps you to move forwards. Rehashing past hurts doesn’t damage the other person, it damages you, mentally and physically.

It’s also not so simple.

If you are living a life that you aren’t happy with, then it can be hard to understand that you can. Even harder to realise that it takes so little to begin. But you could try.

Maybe just the gratitude. A couple of minutes before you get out of bed, just think of a few things you are grateful for. If at any time you have trouble falling a sleep make a gratitude list. That kind word, that smile you gave or received, the food you enjoyed and so on. It often happens that you fall asleep before you finish.

Promise you will start and continue for 3 weeks. There won’t be a sudden change but you will hopefully realise that in 3 weeks time that you feel happier.

That’s all it takes to start the change.

  1. Wow this is the first time I have read about the law of resonance and vibration. I hadn’t thought that our bodies would work on such a way although certain principles in that are well known like when you express positive emotions you attract the same while when you emit negative ones you mostly get the same. It’s not as easy as it may sound to change all this but I believe if one can do it can really change the way and quality of his life.

    • Scientists now agree that we have an electrical field that vibrates as do all living things. This electrical field is what vibrates and is affected by how we feel.

      Making change happen can be as simple as practicing gratitude every day. Try being thankful for what you have when you wake, however much or however small, it starts the day making you feel more positive and therefore happier. This then raises the vibration of your electrical field which acts as a magnet for better things to come your way.

      Just make a small list, takes a couple of minutes and done daily can really help.

  2. Hi, good article and all so very true. Even though I already know all that you have discussed, it is tough to put into practice in tough times, especially when everything is not going to plan.

    I still believe in all this stuff, but I am finding it hard at the moment to raise my vibration. Everything seems to be going bad and no matter what I do, it does not seem to change. Hard to see any light at the end of the tunnel, but I will keep pushing on. Thanks for the reminder.

    • Hello Dave, its a tough world out there right now and it can be hard to find anything good.to focus on. When you are feeling low it can be very hard to find the energy to put into practice the things that will help.

      Start with gratitude, I know it feels like you don’t have anything to be grateful for but there is always something. A roof over your head, clothes to wear and food to eat are good starters. When you open your eyes in the morning think of those things and feel gratitude. If nothing else it will lift your mood for a while. As you continue you will find more things to be grateful for. 

      You will also feel happier which raises your vibration and draws good things to you. Its not an instant solution but better than doing nothing. It also only takes just a couple of minutes of your time.

    As someone who is at the very bottom and in despair, I think that my vibrations have practically stopped.

    I therefore need to take on board what you are saying.  I must learn to smile again.  At the minute I don’t think I have anything to be thankful for, but I have breath and a roof over my head, so I shall concentrate on those until I can start increasing my vibrations and find more to be thankful for.  It will certainly be better thinking about these, than the anxiety I currently waken with.

    • I am so sorry to hear here you are feeling very low Geoff. It can be hard to climb out of that downward spiral. 

      Start small, wake up in the morning and think of anything you are grateful for. Start with the roof over your head and that you are breathing, as you said. Add in food, clothes to wear etc. Just being grateful before getting out of bed can lighten how you feel. Gratitude is amazing for raising you vibration.

      Most people have been where you are at some point in their lives, I know I have, so I know it is possible to climb back up.

      Anxiety is very debilitating I know but I also know its possible to come back from it. Try going on YouTube ans listening to Binaural beats, they can help too. Don’t go for Gamma as they can increase anxiety if you have it, go for Alpha or Theta. Read up on it and go with what you are drawn to.

      The biggest thing is that you want to help yourself and that is a major step forward, so well done.

    I really believe in vibration; I think like you. Everything vibrates. I use only wood in my house because its vibration is so relaxing. However, a few years ago, I bought a book that changed my life completely. This book is all about saying thanks to everything you get in life, whether good or bad. From the first week, things started to change, and since then, I never stop thanking:)
