Find your Motivation and Purpose

What gets us up in the morning? Do you jump out of bed excited to face the day or do you think of the day ahead with a groan and wish you could stay in bed? If it’s the latter then you need to find your motivation and purpose in life. With the choices available to us for work/jobs/careers etc and the knowledge at our fingertips there is no reason not to be raring to go each morning.

Stressed and tired bodies will most likely result in motivation insufficiency, preventing you from doing your tasks. Perform exercises on a daily basis. This will not only make you physically stronger, but it will also improve your mood which will help you to effectively deal with different challenges in life every day.

Break Your RoutineBreak your routine

One of the many things which may contribute to motivation insufficiency is executing the same thing each day and being stuck in a routine without knowing your direction in life. Sometimes, it is good to explore new opportunities, discover other interests and develop new skills.   1. hi, an awesome topic for a post. My main motivator is to acquire passive income that I will use for my trip to my dream island – this is my answer to question WHY. I think before one gets motivated, there should be a purpose, a sought of reason to be motivated. I believe that as time goes by everyone needs this. Your article is so inspiring!…as a doctor I am always energize to perform the demands of my profession especially at these unprecedented times of uncertainties, every day is a work day to help the needy and the sick…I know that the health care industry are very thinly overstretched and overwhelmed but I am happy with my work. As a front liner, feeling very stressed all the time is a stark reality, I just visit my small garden and do some clean-up for my green “friends” and voila I was renewed again and my problems had disappeared , I sometimes innovate and upgrade myself with new medical and unrelated courses to redirect and unleashed the monotony of being a doctor, and after that, I am ready again to face again the challenges of my professional work demands. thank you for the share. keep safe always!
